We provide a free confidential service offering information and one-to-one behaviour change support to help you stop smoking.  We offer this service to anyone who has decided to stop or is thinking about stopping smoking.  We can advise on all nicotine replacement therapy products and are able to recommend a prescription for Champix and Zyban.    

During your quitting process we will offer you motivational support and advice to help you reduce your reliance on medication, such as Nicotine Replacement Therapy.                                                              

This support can be accessed face-to-face at one of our venues, via the telephone or a combination of what best suits your needs and lifestyle.
