Why running is good for us

Running regularly can do wonders for our mental and physical health. It can really help with living a happier, healthier life.

Joining a running group is a great way of meeting new people and making new friends, a great way to combat depression and loneliness.

Clarence Parkrun is a free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

Bury Running Festival

Bury Running Festival is brought to Bury by Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All, in partnership with Bury Council.

It is a great way for families and friends of all ages and abilities to stay active and healthy together, while also providing a great opportunity for participants to fundraise for one of the event’s charity partners or a charity close to their heart.
