Submit a question for an upcoming Council or Committee meeting
Please use this form if you wish to submit a question to a council or committee meeting.
All public meetings have 30 minutes set aside for the public to ask questions. Should a high volume of questions be received, the questions will answered in the order in which they were received.
All questions must be received by noon on the second clear working day immediately prior to the date of the meeting. You are entitled to submit one question and then a further, related supplementary question (please note it must relate to the original question).
