    • Sexual health and relationships
    • Drug and alcohol education.
  • Use structured resources such as the PSHE Association.
  • Offer gradual exposure support to help young people attend health appointments confidently.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions for issues like sleep hygiene and stress management (resources available such as Teen Sleep Hub and YoungMinds).
  • Ensure young people with a learning disability understand the role of their GP and are supported to access annual health checks if they are eligible.
  • Share practical tools such as coping strategies and self-help guides.
