• Provide access to mentoring and coaching during work experience placements.
• Ensure supervision and job coaching is available during placements, especially for learners with EHCPs

• Develop individualised programmes that adapt to the learner’s pace and goals.

• Convene multi-agency meetings to assess and plan for complex needs, involving services such as:
  • Speech and Language Therapy;
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service;
  • Occupational Therapy Service;
  • Physiotherapy Service.
