Monitoring reports

Authority Monitoring Report

We aim to produce an Authority's monitoring report (AMR) to cover each year from 1st April to 31st March. The report will assess:

• the impact of policies in terms of significant social, environmental and economic effects, with a particular focus on sustainability
• whether local and national policies and targets are being met
• whether local policies are not working as intended, or need changing to reflect national policy
• the actions that need to be taken if any policies need to be changed
• whether the timetable for the preparation of Local Plan documents is being met.

The latest report covers the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
