Supporting evidence

The National Planning Policy Framework requires that the preparation and review of Local Plans should be underpinned by relevant, up-to-date and proportionate evidence and this is one of the key tests that an Inspector will consider when examining the soundness of the Plan and determining whether the strategy is justified.

The following is the key evidence used to support the draft Local Plan but the evidence base will continue to develop as the Local Plan progresses.

Habitat Regulations Assessment

Infrastructure Delivery Plan
