This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out the Council's approach to seeking developer contributions towards education. It has been prepared accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning)(England) Regulations 2012 and the National Planning Policy Framework 2023 and supports Policy JP-P5: Education, Skills and Knowledge of the adopted Places for Everyone Plan.
