This Supplementary Planning Document is aimed at developers seeking to redevelop existing employment land and premises especially those outside Employment Generating Areas for higher value use.
This Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) supports the Council’s planning policies relating to employment land and premises, both in terms of proposals to redevelop those employment sites that are subject to UDP Policy EC2/2, as well as the need to ensure a suitable supply of developable land for employment purposes.
