Supplementary Planning Document 18 (SPD18) sets out guidance on what the Council will expect to see within masterplans and phasing strategies for the Elton Reservoir and Walshaw strategic site allocations. The SPD was adopted with effect from 17 April 2025.
Development Frameworks, which include indicative masterplans, for Elton Reservoir and Walshaw have now been adopted as Supplementary Planning Documents.
