Strategic sites

Working collaboratively with landowners and stakeholders, we are preparing development frameworks for Bury's strategic sites, which are at various stages of development.

In Bury, there are four strategic development sites

Each of these sites are allocated for residential development through the Places for Everyone Joint Development Plan, the long-term strategy for sustainable growth across the region.
