After submitting an online Building Regulations consent application, you will receive an email from us confirming the payable fee relating to your application. Our email will include:
- which Building Control service you're paying
- type of application
- application reference number
- amount to pay.
The online payment service will allow you to pay for the following services:
- Building Regulation application fee
- Building Regulation inspection fee
- late completion fee
- street naming and numbering fee
- copy Building Regulation certificates
- other charges.
When you've made an online payment, you'll receive email confirmation and we will also receive confirmation of the payment you've made.
