Coronavirus: Important information about pest control appointments

Please be aware that due to the coronavirus outbreak we are currently operating a reduced service. This means only essential pest treatments that are absolutely necessary will be undertaken until further notice. All appointments for an essential treatment must be booked by telephoning our Customer Contact Team on 0161 253 5353. Please note the following.

All appointments will be subject to assessment by our Pest Control Service.
A booking does not guarantee a visit if the problem does not meet our current service criteria, but a refund will be issued.
When a pest control visit does take place the government's social distancing measures will apply. This means that throughout the visit there must be a minimum distance of 2 metres between you and our pest control officer.
