Mice inside a property
- £105 for homeowners and occupiers - for three visits

- Call out charge/No access charge - if an appointment has been made and we are unable to gain access to a property or where there is no responsible adult over the age of 18 present to sign the risk assessment on an initial treatment visit:
- £53 for domestic customers not in receipt of Council Tax Support
- £28 for homeowners and occupiers who receive Council Tax support
- Same Day Service (when available) - Additional charge of £20
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if the booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice (booking is to be cancelled before 4pm two days before the visit is due)
- 50% of the charge for the agreed works if the booking is cancelled after 4pm the working day before or on the day of the appointment
