Charges for domestic customers

We offer discounted rates for some of our services to domestic customers who receive Council Tax support (not single person benefit).

Squirrel control

  • £190 - for two visits
  • £96 for those who receive Council Tax support

Rodent control

Rats inside a property or external building

  • £96 for homeowners and occupiers - for three visits
  • £32 for homeowners and occupiers - for each additional visit
  • £49 for homeowners who receive Council Tax support - for three visits

Rats outside

  • £96 for homeowners and occupiers - for three visits
  • £32 for homeowners and occupiers - for each additional visit
  • £49 for homeowners who receive Council Tax support - for three visits

Mice inside a property

  • £96 for homeowners and occupiers - for three visits
  • £32 for homeowners and occupiers - for each additional visit
  • £49 for homeowners who receive Council Tax support - for three visits

Insect control

Wasps

  • £64 for each nest treated
  • £38 for those who receive Council Tax support
  • £32 for each additional nest treated on the same day

Fleas

  • £123 for homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms
  • £181 for homes with 4 to 6 bedrooms
  • £225 for homes 7 bedrooms or more
  • £62 for homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms (for those who receive Council Tax support)
  • £93 for homes with 4 to 6 bedrooms (for those who receive Council Tax support)
  • £113 for homes with 7 bedrooms or more (for those who receive Council Tax support)

Bed bugs

  • £166 for homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms
  • £234 for homes with 4 to 6 bedrooms
  • £270 for homes with 7 bedrooms or more
  • £83 for homes with 1 to 3 bedrooms (for those who receive Council Tax support)
  • £115 for homes with 4 to 6 bedrooms (for those who receive Council Tax support)

  • Call out charge/No access charge - if an appointment has been made and we are unable to gain access to a property or where there is no responsible adult over the age of 18 present to sign the risk assessment on an initial treatment visit:
    • £48 for domestic customers not in receipt of Council Tax Support
    • £25 for homeowners and occupiers who receive Council Tax support
  • Same Day Service (when available) - Additional charge of £20

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if the booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice (booking is to be cancelled before 4pm two days before the visit is due)
  • 50% of the charge for the agreed works if the booking is cancelled after 4pm the working day before or on the day of the appointment

  • Professional survey fee: £90 (to be paid in advance)
