We use an on-line procurement portal called The Chest, to advertise contract opportunities and to receive quotations and tenders. We use this system in conjunction with other councils in the north west region.
Find a Tender has replaced the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily from 1 January 2021 for high value contracts in the UK.
