Please be aware that Bury Council's Adult Social Care Services are currently experiencing significant pressures and needs to prioritise essential services to the most vulnerable.
This will mean any new complaints received will be logged but unless your concern is of a safeguarding nature the response to your complaint will be delayed and at this moment we are unable to predict how long this delay will be.

We are always pleased to hear from people using our services who want to compliment a particular member of staff or the service they receive. We also welcome suggestions about how we can improve our service.

If you prefer to meet with a member of staff, appointments can be made by telephoning Adult Care Connect and Direct and they will arrange for someone from the Complaints Team to contact you to make the necessary arrangements..
Once we receive your complaint we will write to you within 3 working days to tell you we have received it and how we will handle your complaint.
