Comments and complaints - Adult social care
We are always pleased to hear from people using our services who want to compliment a particular member of staff or the service they receive. We also welcome suggestions about how we can improve our service.
If you would like to make an adult social care comment, complaint or compliment you can do so by filling in the online form:

If you prefer to meet with a member of staff, appointments can be made by telephoning Adult Care Connect and Direct and they will arrange for someone from the Complaints Team to contact you to make the necessary arrangements..
Once we receive your complaint we will write to you within 3 working days to tell you we have received it and how we will handle your complaint.
