Falcon and Griffin Extra Care Scheme Open Day

Think Extra Care living might suit you or someone close to you? Come along to our Falcon and Griffin open day to see what properties are available and how you can apply for one.

Falcon and Griffin is an Extra Care scheme for people over the age of 55. Our service focuses on providing more independent living opportunities. The scheme provides support workers on site to assist with individuals assessed needs. The scheme consists of 69 properties, all benefiting from a warden call system that provides help and support 24/7 in the event of an emergency.

At the event, you’ll be able to view available properties, speak to staff and find out how to apply for one of our properties.
