The Household Support Fund can provide crisis support to households most in need and severely affected by the cost of living crisis.
It is funded by the Government and ends on the 30 September 2024.
The money will be used to fund:
- holiday Free School Meals administered through the schools
- incentivised course attendance in partnership with Bury Adult Learning Centre
- grant schemes in partnership with Bury Voluntary Community and Faith Alliance
In addition, you can submit an application to Bury food and fuel support for help with :
- food and fuel
- school uniforms
- white goods
The amount of awards will be dependant on the demand from residents and the focus of our spend until our allocation has been exhausted.
We are currently unable to accept repeat applications.
If further funding becomes available in the future, we will advertise the scheme again.
