  • MyBury account
  • Bin collection email reminders (collection dates and alerts)
  • Benefits and Council Tax Portal (OPENPortal)
  • Payment portal

This form is not for reporting missed bin collections. If your bin has not been emptied, please do not use this form.

Before you start

Please answer each question as clearly and accurately as you can. This will help us understand the problem quickly and resolve it as efficiently as possible.

What we’ll ask you

When you report an issue, we’ll ask for:

  • The online service you’re having trouble with
  • The email address you used to register
  • A description of the issue (the more detail you can provide, the better)
  • A screenshot of the error message, if you have one
