Ingeus: Restart & Working Well Pioneer Programme

Ingeus Restart Programme: This programme is ideal for unemployed residents which offers tailored support to help individuals on Universal Credit find sustainable work within 12 months.

Ingeus Working Well Pioneer Programme: This programme is aimed at out of work, economically inactive residents with health conditions or a disability. This is a 15-month support to help programme for individuals 18+ looking to find work.

Growth Company: IPS in Primary Care Programme

IPS in Primary Care Programme: This programme is aimed at 18+ residents in Primary Care settings who have physical or mental health disability who want and need support to find work, in or out of work.

NHS Bury Talking Therapies: IPS in Mental Health Programme

IPS in Mental Health Programme: The programme offers an employment specialists embedded in clinical mental health teams to help service users who are 18+ find and remain in employment.

About NHS Bury Talking Therapies

NHS Bury Talking Therapies is for people who are registered with a GP in Bury. They offer support and treatment if you are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, low mood, stress, worry or anxiety, feelings of low self-worth or panic attacks.

Intuitive Thinking Skills: IPS in Drug & Alcohol Programme

IPS in Drug & Alcohol Programme: The programme offers employment support for residents 18+ in structured community treatment. It has embedded employment specialists, who identify personal centered support and employment support based on individual’s needs.

Intuitive Thinking Skills provide mentoring and courses designed and delivered by people with rich lived experience who have overcome their problems, using acquired skills properly directed.

Back2Work Group: Working Well Support to Succeed (UKSPF) Programme

Working Well Support to Succeed (UKSPF) Programme: This is a short, intensive key worker provision to support for economically inactive residents 18+. The programme aims to help alleviate barriers towards skills and employment.

About Back2Work

Back2Work Group provides pre-employment training courses for the unemployed. They work closely with large employers and Job Centers across the UK to give job seekers an effective and free service to support them into employment.

Maximus: Refugee Employment Programme

Refugee Employment Programme: This programme is aimed at refugees living within the Northwest aged between 18 and 66 years old who are unemployed or working under 16 hours and want to increase their working hours.

Bury Council Children's Services: Connexions Programme

Connexions Programme: Connexions Bury offer independent and impartial information, advice, guidance, and support service for Year 11, 12 and 13 young people (15 to 18 years old), or up to the age of 25 if residents have special education needs and/or disabilities (with an EHCP), who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

Bury Council Children's Services: Care Leaver Programme (EET Virtual School)

Care Leaver Programme (EET Virtual School): Bury Virtual School supports the education of children in care and those with social workers. It oversees and promotes their academic progress, ensuring they attend appropriate schools and achieve their potential. The school provides additional support, tracks attendance and performance, and offers resources such as personal education plans, one-on-one tuition, and literacy support. It aims to improve educational outcomes, reduce absenteeism and exclusions, and support post-16 education and training opportunities.
