Bury Adult Learning Service is all about you. We value the opinions of all of our learners and welcome feedback on our courses, teaching and facilities.
Tell us how we’re doing:
• Speak to a member of staff directly – Talk to your tutor or any member of staff. If you have a problem they may be able to resolve it immediately or they will refer you to someone who can help.
• Compliments and complaints – Please see our compliments and complaints page.
• Contributing to a class visit or an observation of teaching and learning – People may visit your class to check the quality of teaching and learning. Please tell them about your learning experience if asked.
• Take part in surveys – Your tutor will ask you to complete an end of course survey towards the end of your course and we’d greatly appreciate it if you could complete it.
• Learner focus groups – We want to make sure all our learners get the chance to share their opinions, suggest changes and raise any concerns they might have, so that we can make Bury Adult Learning Service the best possible place for you. Look out for an email inviting you to a learner focus group!
