Flexi hall
- Install essential systems in the roof
- Install brickwork and external wall panels, known as curtain walling
- Continue with work to fit out of the ground floor and first floor
- Continue with landscaping works to improve the surrounding public spaces
Canopies
- Complete

- September to November 2025: Complete market canopies installation
- December 2025 to February 2026: Continue flexi hall construction and work starts on creating quality public spaces around the market.
- March to May 2026: Continue landscaping improvements and flexi hall internal works.
- June 2026: Scheme completion
