Supplementary Planning Document 11 (SPD11): Parking Standards in Bury was adopted with effect from 11th June 2025.
The aim of the SPD is to ensure that an appropriate level of well-designed vehicle and cycle parking is provided in all new developments.
The Parking Standards for Bury SPD updates and replaces the previous standards set out within the Development Control Policy Guidance Note 11: Parking Standards in Bury (2007).
