Trade union facility time

Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 came into force on 1st April 2017. These regulations place a legislative requirement on relevant public sector employers to collate and publish a range of data on the amount and cost of facility time within their organisation, annually.

The data must be broken down into Central Function and Education Function employees.

Data for Bury Council from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023 is detailed on this page.
