Parking fine - make a payment
Parking fines issued by the council are called Penalty Charge Notices. NSL Services Ltd provide parking enforcement for council car parks and on street parking on behalf of Bury Council.
The current parking Penalty Charge Notice fee is either £50.00 or £70.00. If you pay within 14 days this is reduced by half to £25.00 or £35.00.
You can pay now using a debit or credit card.
You will need the Penalty Charge Notice number (the 10 digit number that starts with BC) and the registration number of your vehicle.
Pay by phone
Debit and credit card payments can be made by phone on 0344-870-5545 (24 hour access)
Pay by post
Cheques should be made payable to 'Bury Council' and sent to:
- NSL Services Ltd, Carne House, Parsons Lane, Bury, BL9 OJT
Please do not send cash through the post.
Pay in person
You can pay in person by debit/credit card at the following Council offices:
- Bury Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury - Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

If more than 28 days have passed since the ticket was issued your case will have been passed to Parking Services at Bury Council. We will write to you to let you know this has happened, and to ask you for payment.

Payments and appeals
You can appeal against a Penalty Charge Notice.
If you appeal within 14 days of the issue of the notice, and your appeal is unsuccessful, you will be given a further 14 days to pay at the discounted rate.
If you pay your parking notice whilst your appeal is being considered, your case will be closed and this will bring the appeals process to an end.
