Funding
We provide funding to help constituted groups with day-to-day running costs, to pay for photocopying, stationery, postage, venue hire, travel expenses and refreshments.
Community Grant NOW OPEN!
Our Community Grant supports local groups to deliver projects that benefit our tenants or communities. Informal groups, for example gardening or social groups can also apply for this grant for small scale projects or events. Details of our next Community Grant Panel date will be announced soon. Tenants are invited to join our Community Grant Panel to help decide on community grant awards. Contact the Tenant Engagement Team to get involved.
Some projects that we have funded in the past are Community Coronation parties, food pantry set up, plants for communal gardens, computer equipment and security fencing.
Our next round of our Community Grant Fund is now open! The fund allows Community Groups to apply for funding to deliver projects and activities that will benefit tenants and communities. This could be to help organise social activities to help reduce loneliness, or improve communal garden areas, or activities for young people, and so on. Constituted community groups can apply up to £250 and informal action groups, gardening groups, social groups etc can apply up to £100 vouchers.
The deadline for Community Grant Fund applications is Friday 16th May 2025.
The deadline for VE Day Celebrations Community Grant Fund applications is Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
