Monday 23 to Friday 27 September 2024
Falls Prevention Awareness Week is to raise awareness that falls are not a normal part of ageing. Most falls can be prevented and older adults have the power to reduce their risk of falling.
To help spread awareness we are offering free advice and support drop-in sessions, online and in-person exercise classes aimed at reducing the risk of falling.
