If you would like to make a complaint about Adult Social Care, please raise this with us using our online complaint form.

Alternatively, you can contact Adult Social Care directly. 

Once we receive your complaint, we will write to you within three working days to acknowledge your concern and inform you on how we will handle your complaint.

If you would prefer to meet with a member of staff, appointments can be made by contacting us to arrange for you to meet with a member of our complaints team.
