If you would like to make a complaint about Adult Social Care, please raise this with us using our online complaint form:

Alternatively, you can contact Adult Social Care directly.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and inform you how we will handle your complaint.

If you would prefer to meet with a member of staff, appointments can be made by contacting us to arrange for you to meet with a member of our complaints team.
