How to book

If your child is eligible, you will be sent an email or text from 'Holiday Activities' explaining how to set up a 'Holiday Activities account', receive 'Holiday Activity vouchers' and use the 'Holiday Activity' booking system.

Holiday club support - choosing activities for children with additional needs

In response to feedback, we have streamlined the booking process for the families of children with additional needs to make it clear what suitability support level is available at each holiday club.

So that you can choose activities with the most suitable support for your child, we have identified four key categories to clearly show the level of care that each of our holiday clubs can provide.

These range from Level 1 (mild needs, fairly independent), through to Level 4 (more severe needs, dedicated support needed).

SEND providers

Providers offering SEND accessible activities give clear guidance of their provision to ensure you are well informed as to the suitability of the activities.

Please ensure that you give the provider as much information as possible relating to the level of support and care your child will need to enable them to give the best possible experience to your child.

Our providers do their utmost to support children with SEND where possible.
