Applicants, agents, consultees, residents, building contractors/companies and third parties whose personal information is held by Building Control for the purpose of the processing of Building Regulation applications, Building Regulation enquiries, dangerous structures, demolition notices, street naming and numbering, right to buy/structural surveys and the maintenance of the statutory Building Control registers.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation as supplemented by the UK Data Protection Act 2018, by providing your personal information you are giving your consent for us to use and collate your personal data to enable us to perform the contract we have entered into with you to process your Building Regulation application, Building Regulation enquiries, dangerous structures, demolition notices, street naming and numbering, right to buy/structural surveys and comply with our legal obligation to carry out a statutory function and provide a Building Control service.
