The Biodiversity Strategy considers the current state of biodiversity in Bury, the key issues, and what we can do to conserve and enhance biodiversity.
It outlines our objectives to conserve and enhance biodiversity in Bury and suggests future actions and policy directions.

Next steps
Feedback will be reviewed and considered, and the draft Biodiversity Strategy will be updated. Following this, the revised document is due to be reviewed by Bury Council’s Cabinet in early 2024.
