- meetings carried out by telephone, Microsoft Teams or in person, as appropriate
- meeting of up to an hour, as required
- site would be visited, as required.

- Pre-application charge - £232.50 (£193.75 + £38.75 VAT)
- This would cover a site visit, one hour meeting with the case officer (if required) and one pre-app response letter.
- Follow up advice - £105.00 (£87.50 + £17.50 VAT)

Category C
Small commercial development including change of use - up to 499 square metres:
- Pre-application charge - £402.50 (£335.42 + £67.08 VAT)]

- Follow up advice - £181.00 (£150.83 + £30.17 VAT).
Advertisements:
- Pre-application charge - £330.00 (£275.00 + £55.00 VAT).
