Terms and conditions

  • All event bookings are based on a minimum of 2 hours
  • PRS music licence charges apply if an event has an admission charge
  • Specific conditions apply to self-catered and licensed events
  • All prices include VAT at the current rate and are subject to change
  • All event spaces are covered by full insurance. Please contact us if you need further details

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your event at Ramsbottom Civic Hall, cancellation charges are payable. The charges for cancelling:

  • Up to 12 weeks prior to the event: deposit only
  • 4 to 12 weeks before the event: 50 percent of the booking value
  • 2 to 4 weeks before the event: 75 percent of the booking value
  • Less than 2 weeks before the event: 100 percent of the booking value
