Get a stall at the Bury Bid Food & Drink Festival 2026
The Bury Food & Drink Festival will take place at various locations around Bury on Friday 24, Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 July 2026.
We are welcoming applications for vendors of:
- Food
- Drinks
- Crafts
Here are some of the key details you will need to know before applying for a stall:
- Dates to apply for: Saturday 25 July and/or Sunday 26 July 2026
- Stall Pitch Fee: £90 for Food/Drink vendors, £60 for craft/non-food vendors. Valid food hygiene certificates and terms and conditions apply
- Application Deadline: Tuesday 24 February 2026. After this date we will review all submitted applications and decide on which stalls we feel are most suitable for this year’s festival
- What we’re looking for: All types of vendors are encouraged, however, stallholders who can bring their own set-up (i.e. own gazebo/trailer/van, own power supply if needed) will be prioritised. Also, vendors who can trade on both days will be prioritised over vendors who can only do a singular day
- Deposit: If your application is successful, we will ask for half of your stall pitch fee as a deposit paid by Tuesday 31 March 2026. The other half of your pitch fee will be paid much closer to the festival
