Percy and Massey Street Action Day

On Thursday 11 September, we held an Estate Action Day on Percy and Massey Street in Bury. The event provided tenants with access to a free skip for disposing of rubbish, litter picking, and partners offering support and advice.

In total, 1.36 tonnes of waste was collected, contributing to a cleaner environment for the community. We engaged with 15 tenants and completed 5 Tenant Satisfaction surveys. These surveys are key to understanding your views on our services and identifying areas where we can improve.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to the 22 people who volunteered on the day! This included Housing staff, Live Well Service staff, and volunteers from Wheeldon's skip-hire.
