Concerts in Heaton Park: What to know if you live in the area
Several large-scale concerts are scheduled to take place at Heaton Park, Manchester, over the coming weeks. We understand that events of this scale can impact those living nearby, so we’ve put together key information to help residents prepare, particularly around road closures, public transport, and parking arrangements.
The concert dates include:
Friday 13th June - Catfish and the Bottlemen
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th June - Parklife
Friday 11th, Saturday 12th, Wednesday 16th, Saturday 19th, Sunday 20th July - Oasis
Road Closures
There will be various road closures on Friday 13th June between 8pm and 1am and on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June between 7pm and 2am.
We’d also like to not that Heaton Park Metrolink tram stop is closed on Friday 13th, Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th June from 9pm onwards.

Find out what roads will be closed for Oasis here.
Parking Permit Zone
There will be a resident parking permit zone on the concert days. These permits will allow residents to park in the resident permit zone during enforcement hours, and to access residential road closures after 8pm when it is safe to do so.
Find out where the permit zones are here.
Parklife Community Impact Taskforce
To help minimise disruption to the local community, the Parklife Community Impact Taskforce (CIT) has been established. Residents can contact the CIT before, during, and after the event to report concerns or seek assistance.
Find out how to contact them here.
Thank you for your patience, we're working with Manchester City Council who are hosting and organising these events, to make sure they all run smoothly.
