Christmas events ran in Independent Living Schemes across Bury

Throughout December, 11 Christmas events were held in our independent schemes for residents, providing an opportunity for communities to come together during the festive period and aiming to help tackle social isolation. 

Entertainment was arranged across the schemes, including musical performances, quizzes, and bingo sessions, with residents also being provided festive food and refreshments to enjoy.

The events were well attended and supported by residents across all schemes. The positive engagement demonstrated the value of creating opportunities for social interaction and community connection during the holiday season. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and had a lovely Christmas period.
