An Introduction from Sian Grant, Director of Housing Operations

We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Director of Housing Operations at Bury Council, Sian Grant.

Sian’s journey in social housing has taken her through various roles, including positions at Salix Homes, Salford Council, and City West Housing Trust (now ForHousing), with her career started at Tamworth Borough Council. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of social housing, and we are confident that her wealth of experience and dedication to exceptional service will greatly benefit our tenants and residents.

Sian shared, “I am eager to work with my new colleagues at Bury Council to deliver excellent housing services for you, our tenants and residents. Bury is a fantastic borough, committed to its 'LET'S Do It' values and principles, which align perfectly with my own ethos. I am currently arranging to get out and about to take a closer look at our estates and the services we provide you.”
