I reported the repair through the online portal and was surprised at how quickly it was dealt with. Someone came out the same day, he was respectful and efficient and a follow-up appointment has been booked for early in the new year.

I want to thank the caretaker who cleaned the communal blocks today. For the first time since moving over to the Council, they have been cleaned properly. And the gentleman was very pleasant and polite.
