I’m writing in relation to the damp works currently being carried out at my home, as I wanted to take the time to pass on some positive feedback.
The past period has been quite challenging with the extent of repairs needed, but throughout the process, your staff have both been absolutely outstanding. They have been consistently friendly, reassuring, and supportive, always taking the time to explain what was happening and helping to put my mind at ease. Their professionalism, patience, and approachable manner have made a difficult situation far more manageable.
It really does make a huge difference when tradespeople show such care and consideration, and I felt it was important that their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. They are a real credit to your team. Please pass on my kind regards.

I reported the repair through the online portal and was surprised at how quickly it was dealt with. Someone came out the same day, he was respectful and efficient and a follow-up appointment has been booked for early in the new year.

The repair teams have acted quickly in the jobs I raised and in some cases had workers out to me within a realistic and manageable time frame. I want to thank the caretaker who cleaned the communal blocks today. For the first time since moving over to the Council, they have been cleaned properly. And the gentleman was very pleasant and polite.
