To be eligible for the second adult Council Tax rebate, the Council Tax payer must meet all of the following:
- be of pension age
- does not have a partner
- all other adults living in the property are on a low income
- all other adults do not pay rent to you, the Council Tax payer.
Your Council Tax could be reduced, depending on the income of any other adult who lives with you. Your income is not taken into account.
