Equality analysis
We use equality analysis to improve our services and are focused on fairness, access and inclusion. They help us to consider a policy, service or process in terms of how it might affect different groups protected by law under the Equalities Act 2010.
We use equality analysis to find and remove barriers in services which might stop people knowing about the service, using it and getting the best from it. This is part of our legal duty.
The analysis also help us to open services to new groups and make our services better. They also help us get services right first time, helping to save money and time.
