Current taxi licence holders who change address must inform:
- our licensing service
- DVLA.
You can report a change of address to us online and you'll need:
- your driver number
- the number plate of any vehicle in your name
- proof of your new address, using your updated driving licence, Council Tax or other utility bill
- to pay the appropriate fee(s).
The fees to report a change of address are:
- £10 for drivers licensed for private hire or Hackney Carriage vehicles
- £10 for licensed private hire or Hackney Carriage vehicles.
After you've reported your change of address to us, we'll update our records within seven working days and send your new licence(s) to you.
