With the introduction of new business rates multipliers for retail, hospitality and leisure properties we have reviewed our records to make sure the correct multiplier is applied to business in this sector.

Business rates bills for the financial year 2026-27 are being issued in March 2026.
If you bill does not show one of the new retail, hospitality and leisure multipliers, and you believe your business should qualify, please complete the form below. You will need:
- your business rates account number and property reference (which can be found on your business rates bill)
- photographs of the inside and outside of your premises
- a copy of a utility bill to confirm occupation
