Using a Blue Badge in Bury

You must be in the vehicle, either as the driver or as a passenger, when your badge is being used, or being picked up.

There are designated disabled spaces in car parks throughout the borough, for the use of Blue Badge holders, where you can park for free. You can also park for up to 3 hours on single or double yellow lines.

Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge

Request a Blue Badge replacement for a badge that's been lost, stolen, damaged or faded that you cannot read the details on it or be identified correctly. You will need to return the damaged badge to Blue Badges, Bury Council, Town Hall, Knowsley St, Bury BL9 0SW.

You can order your replacement badge by completing the online form below, you will need a debit card to pay £10 charge for a replacement badge. A replacement badge is valid until the expiry date of the original badge.
