What's the situation with my current loans, overdue charges, and reservation pick-up times?

Do not worry about anything you have borrowed from us, we have dropped all overdue charges and we will be continuing to monitor due dates and extending loan periods and reservation pick-up times whilst we are closed.

What's happening with customer requests for books to purchase?

We're sorry but we're unable to order any new books at the current time. We're hoping to be able to do so in late November or early December. Please do check if the book you want is available via our Borrowbox eBooks and eAudiobooks service.

What's happening with the home delivery service?

We're gradually trying to resume delivering to our customers. We will be contacting customers again about the restart of the service.
