Bury Pride 2019 festival is an important occasion that brings people out onto the streets, celebrating equality and diversity together. It's great fun to rejoice in Bury's warm and welcoming community.

Bury Pride 2019 road closures
On Saturday 13 April some roads in Bury town centre will be closed, or have restricted access, to ensure the safe holding of the Walking Rainbow Parade and Pride event. Some parking restrictions will also be in place during the closures.
Road closed between 7am and 8pm:
- Knowsley Street - between Manchester Road and Angouleme Way (except for access).
Roads closed between 1pm and 2pm:
As the parade travels along each of these roads, they will be closed for approximately 10 minutes between 1pm and 2pm. The alternative route will be via Angouleme Way and Manchester Road.

- Moss Street
- Silver Street
- Market Place
- The Rock - between Market Place and Eden Street
- Market Street - between Market Place and Haymarket Street
- Kay Gardens
- Princess Parade - outside numbers 1 to 7
- Murray Road
- Hilton Road
