Important information about Bury Venues

Our three civic venues are currently closed

The Elizabethan Suite in Bury, the Longfield Suite in Prestwich and Ramsbottom Civic Hall have been closed as civic venues since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. The Elizabethan Suite and Ramsbottom Civic Hall are currently in use as COVID-19 vaccination centres.

A consultation on a proposal to permanently close all three venues took place from 21 January to 17 March 2021. The feedback from this consultation was considered at the council's Cabinet meeting on 30 June 2021.
