Bury has had recent confirmed cases of measles. It is also common in many other countries that are common holiday destinations. Measles is a highly contagious viral infection which can have serious consequences.

The catch-up clinics are running through July 2023 for anyone aged 1 to 18 who has missed a dose of the MMR vaccine for any reason. If you’re not sure if your child has missed an MMR vaccine you can check with your GP practice. GP practices and the Bury GP Federation will also be contacting parents of children whose medical records show they’ve missed an MMR dose.

Vaccines without porcine gelatin are available. If you would prefer a vaccine without porcine gelatin please let the clinic know.

To book an appointment at any of the below clinics please call your GP to arrange.
