Running is an adaptable and flexible activity. You can choose to run solo, or you may prefer the supportive environment of running in a group with others.

While running in a group offers a supportive and encouraging environment, some people prefer the flexibility of running alone. You can decide on your own place, distance, route and even the time of day that you run.
