Equality analysis

Bury Council is committed to providing fair and inclusive services and employment opportunities. To help us do this, and also to comply with the Public Sector Equality Duty, we have developed an equality analysis process, as set out in the guidance documentation below. It's aim is to provide a comprehensive and consistent approach for analysing the effect upon equality and community cohesion of all our services, policies and practices.
